Privacy Policy

PLIC (플릭, hereinafter the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법) to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information collected is not used for any purpose other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken.

  1. Project consultation and contracts: Receiving project inquiries, calculating estimates, concluding and performing contracts
  2. Service provision: Identity verification, payment processing, and settlement related to service provision
  3. Complaint handling: Identity verification of complainants, confirmation of complaints, contact and notification for fact-finding, and notification of processing results

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 and provides personal information to third parties only in cases where the data subject's consent has been obtained or as required by specific provisions of law.

Article 5 (Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information)

  1. The Company promptly destroys personal information when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved.
  2. Personal information in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery and reproduction. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)

  1. Data subjects may exercise their rights at any time to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information.
  2. Rights may be exercised by written request or email to the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.

Article 7 (Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information)

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

  1. Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, minimization of personal information handlers
  2. Technical measures: Access control for personal information processing systems, installation of security programs
  3. Physical measures: Access control to server rooms and data storage areas
